Return and Refund Policy

Your use of the Site in order to purchase Products indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by this Return and Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. By agreeing to this Return and Refund Policy, you further agree that you understand that the Products purchased, whether ingestible, topical, or otherwise, contain cannabinoids derived from hemp. These Products have not been evaluated by the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and we make no claims as to any benefits from our Products. If you decide to purchase our Products, you do so pursuant to your own opinions as to any benefits these Products may provide.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these Products as containing CBD (cannabidiol), a natural compound derived from the hemp plant. The product statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician if using products containing CBD as they can interact with certain medications, so consult your doctor before combining CBD with prescription medications or before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such because these Products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase our Products, you are purchasing these Products with the understanding of the present status of CBD products. *

Limitations on Returns

Unica will accept returns of Products sold via the Site within ten calendar (10) days of receipt of shipment, that are damaged, defective, opened or unopened, unused, and re-sellable, with valid proof of purchase. Customers must file a return request in accordance with the directions provided below.

*Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product whose jar/bag has been used.*

If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if there is proof that the product had a problem when shipped and the 48 hours period for notifying us was not met. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item). All product returns’ requests must be accompanied with a written statement detailing the reasons for the return and a copy of the Unica invoice.

Returns Process

1. Email us at customercare@unica-brands.com within 48 hours of receiving the Product to alert us that you will be returning your OPENED OR UNOPENED product within the 10-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. Please include “RETURN” and the order number in the subject line. Let us know the reason for the return. We require proof of purchase with the first and last name the purchaser and the corresponding order number to process your return request. Our assigned agent will get back to you with details on how to take the next step.

2. Repackage the item including all original parts (e.g., Product, shipping packing materials, instructions, packing list). If you cannot print out your digital packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the Product on a separate piece of paper. Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. The Product must be returned unopened and unused in original boxes (whenever possible). Do not send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit.

3. Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to customercare@unica-brands.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

4. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the opened and unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
